We bode the character of our building an old world Tuscan flavor.  The grounds lighting includes parking lot pole lights, building lights, and landscape lighting together exceeding City of Phoenix requirements so as to increase lot visibility.  The building will include electronic access code readers and will control automatic door operators to facilitate after hours tenant clientele ingress and egress.

The interior common areas of the building, high ceilings, tall doors, water feature, skylights, hard surfaces, finishes and security provisions will instill a feeling of warmth and comfort.  A desirable destination by tenant and client alike.
